Recipe: Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole!

I LOVE Chicken Cordon Bleu…but I hate the process of making it. This casserole, however, has all of the flavor without all of the work. I found a couple of recipes on Pinterest, and I modified them to come up with this casserole. It is so good! I will definitely be making this again and again!

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut up into bit size chunks
  • 1 package of deli ham (10-12 slices), chopped
  • 6-8 slices of Swiss cheese (the more cheese the better, in my opinion!)
  • 1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 1 box of Stove Top Chicken Stuffing
  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Spray a 12×8-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
  3. Arranged chicken pieces on the bottom of the baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle chopped ham on top of chicken.
  5. Layer Swiss cheese slices on top of ham.
  6. In a bowl, mix together soup and milk. Pour over Swiss cheese layer.
  7. Pour dry Stove Top stuffing (right out of the box – don’t actually make the stuffing) on top of soup mixture, pressing down to get the stuffing into soup a bit.
  8. Pour the melted butter on top of the dry stuffing.
  9. Cover and bake for 50 minutes.
